Refund policy

Holt Outdoors is a hunting brand built in rural southwest Missouri. Most of what we sell is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, so our return policy is different from a typical retail store. Here's how it works.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us at holtoutdoors@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong size or changed your mind on a made-to-order item

Because each tee and most apparel is printed on demand specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for size changes or buyer's remorse on those items. Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up.

In-stock items (embroidered hats and beanies)

Our embroidered hats and beanies are kept in inventory and can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition. Contact us at holtoutdoors@gmail.com to start a return. We'll provide return shipping instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item back in acceptable condition.

Sale items and discount-code orders

Items purchased with a discount code (including FOUNDINGCREW15 and any future promo codes) are still eligible for replacement under the damaged/defective policy above. They are not eligible for returns based on size change or change of mind.

  • What's wrong (damage, defect, wrong item)
  • A clear photo of the issue

We respond within 2 business days.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
